Scrambled Egg with Onions

Here’s another personal favorite for breakfast.  I just love egg and I love it even more when it comes with lots of onions.  Usually I eat this with sinangag and some other breakfast goodies but I also like to make it a filling for sandwiches.


Eggs – 3 medium

Onion, diced – 1 large

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:

1)      Beat the eggs and set aside

2)      Sauté the onion and the rest of the ingredients and let simmer till the onion wilts.

3)      Scoop out the onions and mix withe the eggs.  Pour the egg mixture on the pan and let it form into a circle.

4)      Serve with sinangag or make it a filling for egg w/ onion sandwich.  Just spread mayonnaise on the bread slices

Makes 2-3 servings.
